Lisa Wikberg, Career Counsellor

Lisa Wikberg

Lisa has worked with recruitment and in the staffing business since 2006. Lisa has a Master Degree in Social Psychology and has since her graduation, worked in the manufacturing industry with logistics, production planning and purchasing. Lisa has also worked as a supervisor within ABB Ltd with responsibility for 25 employees. In addition to this, Lisa also has experience from a government organization when she worked for four years at the Swedish Employment Agency, with candidate matching, recruitment, working with and adapting job tasks for employees with diabilities. Lisa has also worked a lot with company networking, and has had close cooperation with other government organizations and municipalities.

Lisa is employed as a Career Counsellor at Jönköping University since January 2016.

Lisas expertise areas include: Swedish and international CV and applications, interview skills, the Swedish labour market and career and counselling issues, Linkedin.

Lisa has meetings with: All students (and alumni when time is available).


Andreas Torén, Career Counsellor and Head of Student Counselling and Service

Andreas has worked with Career guidance since 2002. Andreas is an educated behaviourist and has worked with project management (within areas such as design, enviroment issues, IT, collaboration issues, and starting up Career Centers)  He has also worked as a manager, job coach, colloboration coordinator, sales person for educations, industrial worker, maintenance worker etc. Andreas has also, in his own company, worked with lectures, career guidance and recrutiment issues for many years. Andreas is employed by Jönköping University since 2007 and is responsible for the Career Center since 2011.

Andreas expertise areas include: The international labour market, Swedish and international CVs, applications to Masters and PhD- programmes, interview skills and international labour market information. Andreas also does counselling with PhD-students.

Andreas has meetings with: All students and Phd-students.


 Anders Allegrind, Career Counsellor

Anders Allegrind

Anders has been working with study and career guidance since 2015. He has a Bachelor's degree in study and career guidance, certificate for guidance (foreign residence), teacher's degree, mechanical engineering education and military command and leadership training. Anders has experience in study and career guidance, teaching, school management and project management in the education system.

Previously, Anders has been working for 20 years in the role of study and career guidance, teacher in mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics and engineering, vice Principal of School Unit with 20 staff and 200 students, project leader for mathematics development in the school group and project leader in the Creative, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project Credit.

Other special areas include: Guidance on the creation of CV and personal letters, interview training, personal development guidance, personal characterization and survay competence as well as career and guidance issues.

Anders receives: All students (and alumni in terms of time)

Career Center

The Career Center in Jönköping started in 1997 and has helped tens of thousands of students to find relevant job positions. The Career Center in Jönköping is always rated at the top in barometers in Sweden, and in recent years also in international contexts where it is known for it´s work with Career Counselling. Thousands of students participate in Career Centers activities every year.
