On Friday, June 4th 2021 the graduation ceremony will be held for all students who is to complete their degree at the School of Engineering.
As it is uncertain what the covid-19 situation will look like in June, we are currently planning for two different scenarios.
Scenario A is that we hold the graduation ceremony with smaller groups of students in hälsoparken where we can keep a proper distance from each other. For those who cannot attend as well as for family and friends, the graduation will be broadcasted live. If you wish to participate on campus on the day of the graduation, we want you to fill in the registration of interest by May 1st so that we know how many students we should plan for. The registration of interest is not binding and if you feel ill, you should stay at home.
The schedule for the day looks like this (one hour before the scheduled time, you are welcome to pick up your diploma and your scarf):
10: 00 New Media Design
11: 00 Industrial and Production Management / Product Development and Industrial Design / Product Development with Furniture Design
12: 00 Embedded Systems / Software Engineering and Mobile Platforms / IT Infrastructure and Network Design
14: 00 Architectural Engineering / Building Engineering Civil Engineering / Lighting design
15: 00 Logistics and Management / Sustainable Supply Chain Management
16: 00 Masters Programmes
Scenario A assumes that the spread of infection is reduced and restrictions are eased. If this is not the case, we will implement Scenario B instead.
Scenario B is a digital graduation day via zoom. The schedule is the same as for Scenario A and the delivery of diplomas and scarfs will take place in another way.
We want this to be as good a day as possible for you who are graduating! The final decision on whether it will be scenario A or B will come in mid-May.
