Course: Doing What Matters

Want to make long lasting desirable behavioral changes that will make your life more meaningful and vital?

In this course you will acquire workable skills to cope with difficult thoughts and emotions that will enable you toconcentrate on your studies and maintain healthy relationships.

This is an opportunity for you to participate in a group where you will be able to share similar experiences, thoughts and issues and learn new useful strategies from other peers.

The counsellor will provide you with tools to learn how to accept difficult emotions instead of fighting them. You will learn to change the way you interact with difficult thoughts. By learning to be present you will be more flexible in your actions and you can start to set goals and take action, based on what is important to you.

When? The first session is on Wednesday 21 April at 3:00 pm.
The following sessions will take place on 28 april, 5 May, 12 May and 19 May.

Every session lasts 2 hours. The treatment includes five sessions.
