Cancelling the JU Card
A lost JU Card should be cancelled immediately via Self Service and sent as an Incident report

If your card has been cancelled it cannot be utilized for any of its intended functions — i.e. the cancellation has an impact on all functions. If you find your card after having cancelled it the card can only be reactivated by using the Self Service online.
When obtaining a new card (after you have lost your card) you will be charged a fee of SEK 150. The fee is paid at the Service Center where the staff will help you.
