Social media managers are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for a business’s social media sites. This might include blogging, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts and responding to followers. They must stay at the leading edge of industry trends, so they can create a marketing strategy that generates inbound leads, gains followers, and creates a positive image for the company.
Developing and implementing social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build company awareness;
Creating engaging, original written and visual content;
Overseeing design, look and layout of social media channels;
Implementing digital strategies to ensure best campaign performances and maximum return of investment;
Periodic analyses and evaluations of campaigns, in order to measure its results and calculate its return (ROI).
English : at least B2 (preferential factor)
Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube proficiency
International and multicultural vision
SEO, SEM, Google Adwords and Google Analytics skills
No experience required
Preferably students from Communication, Public Relations, Foreign Languages or other related specializations.
Full time internship (40 hours/week – 8 hours/day)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Rio Tinto, Porto (Portugal)
