Globe Group

PWM measurement methods for electrical motors

About us

Globe group – world leading in battery equipment products
The world has changed. Today, renewable energy is cheaper to produce than fossil energy, and young companies are leading the way forward. Our vision is to be one of the leading companies in the industry by 2020. Welcome to join us on the journey!

Our product development departments are based in Mooresville - USA, Jönköping - Sweden and Changzhou - China. Here we have skilled and driven employees continually working on product improvement to meet our customers need, assuring we never stop moving to be the best for the future. We own the whole production chain with own factories for production of almost all components within our products.

In Sweden we have two offices. In Malmö the central Europe market support team is found with operations, customer support, sales, market, finance and supply chain functions.
In Jönköping you can find our newly established research and development centre.
We are focusing on the customer needs and developing commercial garden tools, AI, IOT systems for the future needs. We have a strong team with long product experience, today we are 40+ employees and we continuous to grow. Would you like to be a part of our journey into the future demands?

Description

Measurement of PWM currents in BLDC motors – hardware/software engineer B.Sc.

·       Display/measure the average currents in a PWM driven BLDC motor.

·       Consider the best way of averaging and displaying effective duty cycles

·       Designing of concept PCB if necessary

Note: PWM signals are generated by a BLDC microcontroller and can be hard to view when analysing average voltages driving the BLDC and also the currents in the three coils. There is a common current to ground but it is a combination from the three coils.

Our expectations

Find new concepts and best applicable design with different way of solving tasks.
You will have support by our expertise when it comes to requirements and take decisions of design and theory.
