Forskning

Claudia Gillberg är doktor i pedagogik och affilierad forskare vid Encell och Högskolan för lärande och kommunikation. Claudias forskningsintressen gäller hur forskning kan bidra till en samhällsutveckling, möjligheter och hinder till kunskapsutveckling och lärande i organisationer. Det livslånga lärandet innebär för Claudia att ha en öppen och pluralistisk hållning mot alla former av kunskap.

Biografi

Claudia Gillberg har erfarenhet av undervisning på följande kurser och program: fristående kurser i pedagogik på samtliga nivåer, även masterprogram och forskarutbildning, genusvetenskapliga kurser på grundutbildningsnivå, aktionsforskningskurser, högskolepedagogiska kurser, omfattande undervisning på personalvetarprogrammet samt kursansvar. Vidare har Claudia initierat och genomfört en rad uppdragsutbildningar i den offentliga sektorn. Hon har även mångårig erfarenhet av att genomföra kompetensutvecklande kurser i den privata sektorn.
