What is Strategic Competence Development?
"Strategic Competence Development" aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to enhance their existing abilities in response to crises, such as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This extreme situation has created challenging circumstances for businesses of all sizes, leading to a significant number of job losses.
The need to better prepare the workforce in Sweden existed even before the pandemic, but recent events have further emphasized the importance of developing a competitive skill set to effectively respond to such situations. The course is designed to help students analyze and develop strategic competencies related to key aspects of organizational strategy, including leadership, change management, organizational culture, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
What's the target group?
The course is open to professionals who have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and are interested in developing their strategic competence for key functional aspects of organizational strategy, such as leadership, change, culture, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
The course is delivered online, and English proficiency is required.
