How much money do I need for living costs?

Students pay for housing, literature, and other living expenses themselves. These costs are estimated to be about 7000- 8000 SEK per month. Students from outside the EU must obtain a student visa (Residence Permit), in which they must show that they can afford the living expenses in Sweden during their studies.
