Adobe has a new license that require a log in to use the applications. When the Adobe application is started a log in window will appear, first click on Sign in with an Adobe Enterprise ID and then log in with your JU account (e-mail address and password). This also applies to both staff and student computers, as well as our VDI environment.
Staff that 2018-12-18 did not have any Adobe program on their JU computer must first contact IT Helpdesk to be assigned a license.
Do you want to open a pdf woithout signing in? Right click on the file and "Open with" and select Adobe Acrobat Reader.
