  • Oral health research project awarded over 3 million SEK

    Four researchers at the School of Health and Welfare, Jönköping University, together with a researcher at Linnaeus University, have been awarded SEK 3,050,000 from the Swedish National Board of Institutional Care (SiS) for an interdisciplinary research project that aims to clinically examine oral health problems in young people placed in SiS residential homes. They will also study the adolescents' own experiences regarding their oral health.

  • Students win internship in China

    In collaboration with Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), the Värnamo-based manufacturers, Ramo Group AB, has announced the 2019 winners of the annual Ramo Academy Case Competition.Felix Svensson, Elas Jacobsson and Isaias Morales have won a 10-week internship, of which 5 weeks will be spent in China. The aim of the competition is to raise awareness of China as a country and a potential market.

  • JUSTICE success at DreamHack Winter

    The student association JUSTICE (Jönköping University Student Team in Competitive E-sport) participated in DreamHack Winter 2019,which took place between 28 November - 1 December. DreamHack, similarly to Jönköping Univeristy, turns 25 this year and has grown from a small LAN-party in 1994 into the worlds largest lifestyle festival for gamers.

  • Frida Lygnegård in the finale of Researchers’ Grand Prix 2019

    Summarising a doctoral thesis in four minutes is not a simple task. Making it easily understandable and inspiring is even harder. Frida Lygnegård, School of Health and Welfare, Jönköping University, can do all these things, which she got to show off when she was one of only eight contestants in the finale of the prestigious contest Researchers’ Grand Prix 2019.
