JIBS Board of Advisors
The JIBS Board of Advisors consists of external members, representing both academia and business. The Board of Advisors is assigned to provide perspective and advice to the leadership team, by engaging in constructive dialogue and monitoring the school’s continuous progress with regards to long-term ambitions as well as shorter-term goals.

President of the European Regional Science Association, and Editor in Chief of the Papers in Regional Science. Coordinating Editor of the book series Advances in Spatial Science. Has previously chaired different Swedish organizations, e.g. the Swedish Planning Association and Stockholm Academic Forum.
Regional Manager at Företagarna
Företagarna is the Swedish Federation of Business Owners. It is the largest business organization in Sweden representing the interests of around 60,000 business owners. It is an independent, nonpartisan organization owned by its members. Företagarna has 18 regional offices and 250 local associations and meeting places in Sweden.
Professor, Founding Dean and President of the Strategic Board, Grenoble School of Management, France.
Member of the EFMD/EPAS Accreditation Board. Elected twice at AACSB Board of Directors and served on the main AACSB Committees. Special Advisor to the President of AACSB for Europe and Member of the French Business Education Degrees Accreditation Board.

The Herenco Group is a family owned holding company based in the Jönköping Region. The Group works within five areas and has a total of 61 companies and 1,624 employees. The Group’s yearly turnover is approx. 350 Million Euro. The areas within the Herenco Group are diverse: Media and News, Metal and Plastics manufacturing, Industrial Packaging, Real Estate as well as sustainable management of small and medium sized companies.
Co-founder and former CTO at King, the online game creator made famous by games such as Candy crush and Farm Heroes saga. Engaged in multiple start-ups, active as investor and business angel, e.g. through investment company Sweet Capital.

Professor and Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Uppsala University.
Professor of Economic Geography since 1999 and Deputy Vice Chancellor of Uppsala University since 2012. His main research focus is on industrial dynamics and local and regional economic development.
