CeFEO Members

CeFEO team is heterogeneous and diverse in terms of background and area of expertise. CeFEO has an open and inclusive attitude towards colleagues, which means that all are welcome to join CeFEO as long as they express an interest in family business or ownership topics and can articulate a basic plan on how to contribute to the center’s activities. This means that the level of activity can vary greatly among CeFEO members, and over time. Most CeFEO members are also engaged in other activities and sometimes in other centers; thus, no one person is devoted full time contractually to CeFEO.

Since January 2020, Kajsa Haag and Massimo Baù are the centre’s Co-Directors, adopting a dual leadership model. They succeed Mattias Nordqvist (Director) and Francesco Chirico (Co-Director).
