Download all Office Programs for free

Jönköping University now offers the full Office applications including 1 terabyte of storage with OneDrive for free to all students.

Office 2016, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, can be installed on up to 5 PCs or Macs and 5 tablets and 5 smartphones (available for download through App Store, Google Play or Windows Store/Windows Phone Store).

You can also use Word, Excel and Powerpoint online and have access to your files, and share with others, in OneDrive (cloud storage) on any computer anywhere in the world, as long as you are connected to Internet.

You have access to all this for free during the entire time you are enrolled as a student at JU.

To get free Office on your private computer/mobile/tablet and 1 TB of storage in OneDrive, sign in to portal.office.com and follow the instructions.
